Did I like it?

Well, I binge-watched through the whole of the First Series, which is unknown to me as I get exhausted mid-series in one sitting.

It wasn’t ‘televisual bliss’, but it was a pleasant middle ground saunter. Probably the only total ‘Binge Watch’ that I have ever done in one sitting.

As the story continued, it made significant progress introducing new stuff in each episode instead of ‘twists and turns’ like some Drama series.

However, I may be being unfair to NetFlix and others. The showing of the ‘eventual objective’ being shown in the first episode is something that is done on Drama’s and is designed for binge watching.

If Binge watching didn’t exist, then streaming companies’ business models would fold pretty quickly.

What I liked was that they revealed new aspects to the new story rather each episode than lots of small twists within an episode that interrupt the eventual end you are shown from the start.

The 1st series ended so perfectly that I want to see the imperfect loveliness stay. Life is not perfect, but when something is succesful then the television people commission a new series. Why cant we capture the moment and leave it.

There are two more series. I may watch it and see if they tie up the loose ends.
