Liam Gallagher is Rock Bottom
This documentary starts at some point when Oasis had finished and Liam Gallagher was left ‘with nothing to do’. What did Liam do next? Up till now he was in the doldrums drinking and being a nuisance.
What made Liam became devoted to becoming a rock god again? He had written his own song. This spured him on to form his own band ‘Beady Eye’
The documentary followed the events after its birth and the events that followed. This is a fly of documentary and charts Liam’s re-entry into and redemption in the annals of rock and roll fame.
The Birth Of As You Were
What happens is that Liam, his songwriters and band record an Album and to me it looked good. I will listen to the album ‘ As You Were ‘ on Spotify.
Liam does everything he could to make this album successful. He carries out an exhausting tour schedule in order to make the album a success. That includes a punishing tour schedule that he had not done the early years of Oasis.
Also, he seems to prefer running rather than Narcotics of any kind. That is not to say that he has given up the naughty stuff altogether.
The Magic Of Glastonbury
His climax within the tour was Glastonbury, where he performed to a ginormous amount of people as far as the eye could see. BTW his Beady Eye album, As You Were , got to No 1 on the Album charts after his return to Glastonbury,
Liam is not perfect, no one is, but he is not as obnoxious as he was in his younger days. But I preferred that when I was listening to Definitely Maybe and Whats The Story as I was young.
Liam Gallagher Now
However, he has grown into a more likeable man. He has aged with me. His girlfriend/wife has maybe helped tame many of his naughty traits but not all of them. He is still Liam though

Beady Eye ‘ As You Were ‘ reviews and wiki
The reviews are mixed but I enjoyed it. The reviewer who said the younger Liam would have sneered at it is correct but Liam is not the young Liam anymore so it is not valid.
